Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Brealfast Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop hospitality skills within a dynamic environment, contributing to memorable dining experiences for our guests. Previous restaurant experience and a passion for hospitality are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service
Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing genuine recommendations
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff when required
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries or concerns promptly and professionally
Follow food safety protocols diligently to maintain hygiene standards at all times
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in restaurant or bar settings, is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation skills are advantageous
Familiarity with serving procedures, upselling techniques, and guest services enhances suitability for the role
Good organisational skills, including time management and multitasking abilities, are essential
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour
