You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager, Delivery Managers and Engineering Teams to ensure our Health & Safety systems, engineer training, fleet compliance and operational documentation remain first class.

The Role
This is far more than a traditional administration position.
As our Health, Safety & Compliance Coordinator, you’ll become the focal point for ensuring our compliance systems remain robust, our engineers remain competent, and our operational standards continue to improve as the business grows.
No two days are the same.
You’ll balance Health & Safety compliance, engineer training, fleet management, documentation, client requirements and operational support whilst working closely with every department across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety
· Coordinate and maintain company Health & Safety documentation.
· Produce and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
· Support accident, incident and near-miss reporting.
· Maintain Health & Safety records and compliance systems.
· Assist with client audits and compliance reviews.
· Ensure company policies remain current and compliant with legislation.
· Support continuous improvement across Health & Safety processes.
Compliance
· Ensure compliance with client-specific Health & Safety requirements.
· Maintain operational documentation and compliance records.
· Monitor expiry dates for key documentation and certifications.
· Support SSIP accreditation requirements and client compliance portals.
· Assist operational teams with compliance documentation throughout project delivery.
Fleet Management
· Coordinate servicing, MOTs, inspections and repairs for the company vehicle fleet.
· Maintain vehicle compliance records.
· Monitor driver documentation and licence checks.
· Coordinate vehicle defects and maintenance schedules.
· Ensure fleet compliance remains audit ready.
Engineer Training & Competency
· Maintain the company training matrix.
· Monitor expiry dates for engineer qualifications.
· Book training courses and coordinate attendance.
· Record training evidence and certification.
· Support managers in maintaining workforce competency.
Operational Support
· Work closely with Delivery Managers, Schedulers and Engineers.
· Assist with operational planning and documentation.
· Coordinate PPE requirements and equipment inspections.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
About You

Essential Requirements
· NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent Level 3 Health & Safety qualification).
· Previous experience within a Health & Safety, Compliance or Operational Support role.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Competent using Microsoft Office 365.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
· Experience within electrical contracting, telecommunications, utilities or construction.
· Knowledge of CDM Regulations.
· IOSH Membership.
· Experience managing fleet compliance.
· Experience maintaining training matrices.
· Experience working with client compliance portals.
· Knowledge of ISO Management Systems.
· Experience supporting operational teams.
