JOB OPPORTUNITY - FOREST SCHOOL PRACTITIONER TO COVER IN HALF TERMS (holiday Club)
Due to demand and expansion of our services we are looking for fellow woodland warriors, nature lovers, forest protectors, ….mud monster champions!
We are currently recruiting an additional member of our team to assist with the running of forest school Sessions for children our Holiday clubs - Forest Camp & The Adventure Club at the hideaway
The position is for a Forest School Leader and the candidate would need to provide some flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
The role will include providing stimulating and fun outdoor learning experiences for a wide age range of children. We offer forest frontiers sessions privately to families and children, to nurseries and educational settings, and our half-term forest camp to primary school-aged children. The learning experiencing should support the delivery of an engaging outdoor curriculum to help children develop their self-esteem, confidence, independence, and responsibility through hands-on experiences in a natural environment.
Forest Frontiers is a community interest Forest School.
You must LOVE the outdoors!
Ideally you will be a Level 3 Forest School Practitioner looking to be involved in aspects of running a Forest School for the community and in our OOSC.
Competitive salary (dependent on qualifications and experience) and above National Living Wage.
Ideally, we would want someone who could start on an ad hoc basic covering half terms.
