Car Finance Specialist

£28,000 – £30,000 Basic DOE | £62,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission
Location: Swinton, Salford (Office-Based)

The Opportunity

As a Car Finance Specialist, you will manage warm, daily leads and guide customers through the entire car buying and finance journey — from initial qualification to vehicle collection.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where organisation, resilience, and strong closing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
Make outbound calls to qualify and convert fresh daily leads
Manage your own sales pipeline effectively
Guide customers from finance approval through to vehicle collection
Liaise with customers, dealerships, and lenders to secure the best vehicle and finance solutions
Deliver a compliant, customer-focused sales experience
Build strong product knowledge through structured training

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has 2+ years of sales experience (car finance experience preferred)
Thrives in a target-driven environment
Is organised and able to manage a high-volume pipeline
Has strong objection-handling and closing skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Is ambitious and motivated by uncapped earnings

Working Hours

42 hours per week
Monday to Friday between 8:45am – 7:00pm (rota basis)
Every other Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

£28,000 – £30,000 basic salary (DOE)
£62,000 OTE with uncapped commission
