About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, practical and organised Admin, Events & Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our busy Farm Shop and visitor destination.

This is an exciting & varied role combining administration, event support, and marketing tasks. You will work closely with different teams across the business to help deliver events, keep systems up to date, and support customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

General office administration and data entry
Supporting booking systems and handling customer enquiries via multiple channels
Be ready and willing to help across any department of the business as part of our ‘one team’ approach during busy periods

Events

Supporting the planning and delivery of on-site events
Helping coordinate bookings, suppliers, and event logistics
Assisting with event setup, signage, and customer experience
Supporting the wider team on event days to deliver a fantastic experience

Marketing

Assisting with website updates and online listings
Coordinating and scheduling social media content under the supervision of the Events & Marketing Manager
Supporting email campaigns and promotional activity
Creating simple POS signage and marketing materials

About You

Organised and detail-focused
Computer literacy essential, including use of social media. Specific skills such as Canva design & website design are a bonus, as are practical skills such as hospitality experience, photography & creative skills.
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to manage a varied workload and work to deadlines
Flexible and willing to work weekends as part of a rota

Experience in administration, events, retail, or marketing is helpful but not essential. Attitude and reliability are key, as all staff are expected to show the Brocksbushes values: Care, Courtesy & a Can-Do Attitude.
