Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining office files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Handling correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls in a professional manner
- Organising meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic financial administration tasks
- Supporting team members with various administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency
- Managing office supplies and liaising with suppliers to maintain stock levels
- Providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients
Qualifications
- Proven office experience is essential, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
