Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling enquiries, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this role. Responsibilities

Responding courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Assisting customers with account information, product details, and service options
Performing accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
Supporting upselling initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
Maintaining professional phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly

Experience

No prior experience required; full training will be provided
Strong communication skills in English.
Basic data entry skills and familiarity with computer systems are desirable
