Content Creator
MBH Distribution is a group comprising multiple companies operating across the UK and international markets. The organisation manages a diverse portfolio of businesses, delivering products and services across a range of sectors.
We have a position available for a creative and versatile Content Creator to work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and support the development of engaging, high-performing content across paid and organic channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create content that not only looks great, but also drives attention, engagement, and conversions.
You will be responsible for producing compelling photo, video, and social content that supports campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photo, video, and short-form content for paid ads, social media, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop creative concepts that align with campaign goals and audience insights.
- Produce content tailored for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Edit and repurpose content into multiple formats and variations for testing and optimisation.
- Stay on top of content trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats.
- Support creative testing by developing multiple hooks, angles, and content variations.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and performance-focused.
- Organise and manage content assets, ensuring files are delivered efficiently and stored correctly.
- Contribute ideas for new campaigns, storytelling approaches, and content opportunities.
- Assist with basic performance review by identifying which creative assets are resonating best with audiences.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or Creative Producer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photo, video, and digital content creation.
- Experience creating content for paid social platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of what makes content engaging, scroll-stopping, and conversion-focused.
- Ability to edit video and adapt content for different formats and platforms.
- Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute.
- Frequent reporting to senior management and directors.
- Familiar with the latest editing software.
- Strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Desirable Skills
- Experience creating UGC-style content or working with creators and influencers.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, DTC brands, or performance marketing environments.
- Knowledge of the latest design tools including AI.
- Understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience behaviour.
- Experience using analytics to inform creative decisions.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
