Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners and a Room Leader to join our vibrant childcare team. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in nurturing young children’s development, creating a safe and stimulating environment where they can thrive. Whether you are starting your career in early childhood education or bringing extensive nursery experience, your enthusiasm and leadership will inspire young minds and support their growth. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education tailored to the individual needs of each child, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development
Lead and manage a dedicated team of practitioners, ensuring effective teamwork and adherence to best practices in early childhood education
Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play and exploration
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that complies with all health and safety regulations
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress, address concerns, and build strong relationships
Support the professional development of team members through mentoring, coaching, and ongoing training
Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, policies, and procedures at all times
Knowledge of safe gaurding and understanding of how it is implemented to ensure the highest standard of care across the setting.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting
Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childcare best practices
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to create engaging activities that support child development milestones
Valid childcare or nursery qualification (e.g., Level 3 Early Years Educator or equivalent)
