Are you a commercially driven revenue management professional with a passion for turning data into profitable outcomes? We're looking to fill a newly created role of Yield Manager.
In this highly influential role, you'll lead the development and optimisation of dynamic pricing models, leveraging revenue management systems and forecasting tools to drive business results. You'll be experienced in transforming large data sets into actionable insights, shaping strategic decision-making, and identify opportunities to enhance yield and customer value.
This is a full time, hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days on site with flexibility on start and finish times dependent on operational requirements.
First stage interviews will take place week commencing July 2026.
More about the role:
You'll own the car park pricing strategy by developing dynamic pricing models to maximize revenue, utilising the revenue management system.
You will leverage revenue management systems to automate pricing decisions and explore new technologies to improve yield management processes
Analysing historical data, you'll predict future demand patterns and use forecasting tools to optimize inventory allocation. And will use analytics tools and dashboards, to track performance and identify trends and collaboration with the IT and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
You'll monitor KPIs to identify underperforming areas and implement corrective measures. And will produce and present written and verbal reports on the applicable areas of the car park business, to include past, current, and anticipated future performance, trends, issues and strategies
You'll work collaboratively accross functions to ensure pricing strategies align with capacities and customer expectation.
About you
You'll have previous experience in a dedicated yield/revenue management role ideally within the travel, hospitality or parking industries. With demonstrable experience succesfully utilising revenue management systems or automated pricing tools.
You'll be experienced and confident to analyse significant data sets to identify trends, forecaset demand and make data driven decisions that directly impact revenue maximisation. Able to also use data to tell a story, engaging stakeholders with insights and recommendations
You'll have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be able to work effectively with cross functional teams
A collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously, you'll be proactive, commercially minded and motivated by achieving tangible business results
