Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client preferences.

Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice on styles, cuts, colours, and treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised according to health standards.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering to offer innovative services.

Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio of work preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Organised, punctual, and able to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering are desirable but not essential.
