The Role
As our Client Success Manager, you’ll take the lead across a portfolio of clients, becoming their main point of contact and trusted adviser. The focus is on building strong, long term relationships, setting clear expectations, and spotting ways to help them grow. It’s less about overseeing the day to day details of delivery and more about steering the bigger picture and making sure clients feel confident in the direction we’re heading.
You’ll sit at the centre of the relationship between our clients and our team, keeping everyone aligned and moving towards the same goals. You’ll review digital marketing activity, make sense of the numbers, and turn campaign performance into clear, practical recommendations that keep things on track and delivering results.
Our work goes beyond chasing clicks or surface level metrics. We focus on commercial return, making sure campaigns contribute to pipeline, sales and long term growth rather than just looking good on a report.
