Conference and Events Supervisor

Champneys Mottram Hall

Contract: Full Time
Salary: £14.00 per hour plus gratuities

As C&E Supervisor you will be a support to both the management team to lead a team to deliver memorable conferences, exceptional meetings, and the most amazing parties.

You will act as a go to contact for the team and will always offer guidance and ensure that conference organisers you are liaising with receive exceptional service and their requirements are met – always.

Some Responsibilities include:

First impressions count, ensure that all areas of the department are show round ready and create a wow moment.
Support other F&B Outlets when there are no conferences or events are taking place.
Attend the weekly function sheet meeting where required, attend prepared and armed with information that will ensure your events are delivered to perfection.
Hold motivating team briefings, assign responsibilities ensuring that the team is fully briefed and are set up for success.
Conduct regular training sessions and ensure that the team live and breathe the Champneys standards.
Develop and empower your team to manage guest recovery situations promptly and gracefully.
