Personal Assistant (Across Multiple Businesses)

Crewe, Cheshire (Office Based)

Full Time | Monday–Friday - Flexible!

£24,520–£33,000 DOE

We're looking for an organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support the founder across several exciting and fast-growing businesses.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll help with business administration, diary management, emails, bookings, research, supplier communication, project coordination and general day-to-day organisation. You'll also provide occasional support with social media administration and marketing tasks.

If you enjoy being organised, taking responsibility and helping keep everything running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
Inbox and email management
Travel, hotel and restaurant bookings
Personal errands and general administration
Supporting multiple business projects
Researching suppliers, products and new ideas
Liaising with suppliers and customers
Helping organise events and launches
Updating spreadsheets and documents
Light social media and marketing support
General office and business support

We're looking for someone who:

Is highly organised with great attention to detail
Can manage multiple tasks at once
Has excellent communication skills
Is confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and modern technology
Is proactive and enjoys solving problems
Is trustworthy, reliable and professional
Wants to become an important part of a growing business
