Duty Manager

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Hotel Duty Manager to join our dedicated team at Cliveden House. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to ensure exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Our ideal candidate should:

Have a proven track record ideally in both Food Beverage and Front of House, with experience in assisting all departments.
Lead by example, ensuring all guests receipt prompt service and guidance accordingly
Embrace a hands-on approach, handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, managing schedules, and coordinating with various departments
Show a commitment to maintaining safety and security
Display a keen understanding of hotel operations and a proactive mindset in identifying areas for improvement
Be adaptable and quick-thinking, effectively managing unexpected situations and emergencies
Prioritise guest satisfaction and consistently strive to exceed expectations to ensure memorable experiences at Cliveden House
