Full job description

Pay Rate: £26,527.60
Grade: P
Contract Type: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm
Location: Stoke-On-Trent

We're now looking for a Customer Service Clerk
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Communicate across 13 depots for updates on vehicles and notify any deliveries which will fall outside the 2 hour window we give to retailers
Take incoming calls and deal with queries as best as possible or pass to the correct department
Maintains effective relationships with customers
Develops, commercializes and delivers high quality / innovative services and solutions
Regularly reviews and communicates progress against objectives and adjusts as needed
