Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary before painting or decorating.
- Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other tools.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and within specified deadlines.
- Protect surrounding areas by covering furniture, floors, and fixtures during work.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress or any issues encountered.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting or decorating is desirable.
- Valid driving licence.
- Good command of English language for effective communication.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members professionally.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure quality.
