The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you'll be speaking with UK business owners and decision-makers, helping them identify opportunities to improve their business communications and telecoms services.
You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and introducing solutions that genuinely add value to their business.
All data is provided, and you'll receive full product and sales training from day one.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to UK businesses
- Identifying customer needs through effective questioning
- Generating sales opportunities and new business leads
- Managing objections confidently and professionally
- Achieving individual sales and performance targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records and notes
You'll ideally have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- A positive and resilient mindset
- The ability to handle objections and remain motivated
- A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- A target-driven mentality
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability
