Main Responsibilities
Every day at Conroy Couch presents itself with new challenges and queries from our wide-ranging customer base. As a sales supervisor you’ll be helping to lead our team to passionately and confidently sell a wide range of jewellery from standout vintage rings to distinctive men’s cufflinks. Our fantastic reputation for jewellery services means you’ll support our busy repair and gold buying services by assessing pieces, advising customers and developing a strong eye for value.
Away from the shop floor, you’ll be tasked with managing and updating our website with new listings and product descriptions to maintain a polished and professional online presence. You’ll help to lead and create content for our social media strategy and have a meaningful input into our marketing campaigns to help draw in customers from further afield.

The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this fascinating role, you’ll be proactive, adaptable and eager to take on a challenge. You’ll have a passion for selling and be a confident communicator with a strong attention to detail. The diversity of your job role requires a strong interest in hands-on work with a technical mindset and a drive to learn fast.
Being a team player is essential, as is the requirement to be able to take the lead when needed. You’ll need the confidence to grow into your responsibilities and take accountability for the work you perform. Formal jewellery experience isn’t essential – we’ll provide in-depth training in all aspects of the trade. What matters most is a strong work ethic, a willingness to get involved and a drive to grow.

Our recent move to specialise almost exclusively in second-hand and vintage jewellery has put us in a unique retail position and opened up opportunities to expand our customer base.
