Full job description

Our Marketing Account Manager is the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of 15-20 digital marketing accounts. They need to ensure high client satisfaction, consistent service delivery, and retention. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of our full range of digital marketing channels and use this knowledge to provide proactive recommendations to clients. They are a confident communicator who builds strong relationships and ensures client objectives are met through effective coordination with our wider digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities of the Position

Manage a portfolio of 15-20 client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
Build and maintain long-standing, trusted relationships with clients.
Ability to build digital marketing strategies and 30/60/90 day plans which align with business objectives including ROI.
This includes working with channel specialists to develop the right strategy, whilst managing budget and KPIs.
Serve as the link between clients and the internal team, ensuring client objectives align with business goals.
Coordinate with internal teams across all marketing channels to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Confidently address client queries, issues, and requests in a timely manner.
Deliver and report on campaign KPI performance, proactively driving activity to support client retention and growth.
Identify and act upon opportunities for account development and value growth.
Facilitate client scoping and account review meetings.

Key Accountabilities

High client satisfaction rates and trust-based relationships.
Consistent revenue retention across the assigned accounts.
Accurate and timely reporting of campaign performance and milestones.

Competencies and Attitude

Minimum 3+ years of experience in an account management or digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels (e.g., SEO, Paid Media, Organic Social).
Adaptable and able to work well to multiple different deadlines, a natural problem solver, objection handler and collaborator.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the confidence to present to clients.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Using data to inform strategic recommendations that drive ROI, in line with our focus on demonstrable business impact.
Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
A team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
