We’re looking for an awesome Creative Designer to join us. Yeah we know it’s exciting, so what are you waiting for?
A few things you probably need to know… You ideally need a minimum of 2 years design experience in an agency environment or as a seasoned freelancer. You’ll have a passion for branding, design and digital whilst being on top of the latest trends in UX and UI.
Skills to pay the bills
- Ideally at least 2 years’ experience in an agency or as a freelancer
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating suitability for the role, conceptual thinking, and ability to present ideas well
- A portfolio demonstrating compelling brand development work
- Strong skills in responsive web design and user experience
- Ability to present creative ideas effectively
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD (or Figma)
- Ability to interpret a brief and to develop creative concepts through to completion
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to show learning in your field and a desire to stay current with upcoming and latest trends
- Innovative and creative
- Customer focused
- Self-starter, uses initiative
- Fast-learner, multi-tasker and natural problem solver
- Sociable with a desire to work in a motivated & fun team
- Thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment
It would also be great (but not essential) if you had knowledge of:
- Ability to create animations and videos using tools like After Effects and Premier Pro
What you’ll be doing
- Development of creative concepts and brands for a range of clients across a multitude of sectors
- Design responsive and elegant websites to client briefs considering UX/UI requirements
- Creation of assets for paid advertising including social media graphics, reels and animations
- Creation of printed materials from business cards to brochures, to POS and outdoor media, and, everything in between
- Work with the internal team of creatives, copywriters, web developers and account management teams to successfully deliver projects on time
- Research new technologies and methods to expand our offering to clients
