Evolution Maintenance Services Ltd is a well-established, family-run property maintenance company based in Aberdeen. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a fully qualified Joiner to join our friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our maintenance team, you'll carry out a wide range of joinery and general property maintenance work across domestic and commercial properties, including:
- All aspects of first and second fix joinery
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs
- Internal and external door repairs and replacements
- Flooring, skirting and facings
- General property maintenance and handyman tasks
- Minor repairs across various trades where required
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and tenants
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified Joiner (essential)
- Experience in general property maintenance and handyman work
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
- A positive attitude and willingness to help the team
What We Offer
- £18.00 per hour during your 3-month probation period
- £20.00 per hour after successfully passing your probation
- 35+ hours per week
- Monday to Friday working – enjoy your weekends off
