Full job description

ClearLine Cleaning Group is looking for reliable, self-employed cleaners to work with us as subcontractors across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

This is self-employed subcontract work, not an employed position. You invoice us, you manage your own tax and National Insurance, and there's no obligation on either side to offer or accept work.

Before you apply, please check you're happy with all four of these:

— You have the right to work in the UK
— You'll have Public Liability Insurance in place before your first job. If you don't have it yet, that's fine — most self-employed cleaners pay somewhere between £55 and £90 a year for it. The cover is yours and it follows you to any client, not just us, and we'll tell you where to look.
— You have some cleaning experience — residential, end of tenancy, Airbnb changeover, commercial, or post-construction
— You're comfortable working to our checklists and taking completion photos on every job

Own vehicle and equipment are a plus rather than a requirement.

Two kinds of work come up: regular cleaning paid by the hour, and project work on empty properties paid per property. We'll go through both on a short call.

We handle the customers, the scheduling and the invoicing. You focus on the cleaning, to our standard.
