About the role
As a Housing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role at the heart of our Tenancy Management team. By providing essential administrative support, you’ll help free up colleagues to spend more time out in our communitiessupporting residents where it matters most.
This is more than an admin role. It’s your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
You’ll support a busy, customer-focused team by:

Keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes

Helping colleagues stay out in our communities, supporting residents

Communicating with customers in a friendly, professional and empathetic way

Ensuring resident voices are heard and reflected in the services we deliver

Occasionally visiting our estates, so you’ll need to be confident working independently on-site

We’re looking for someone positive, organised, and motivated to make a difference. You might already have administrative experienceor be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
