Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader Landscaper/Hardscaper to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscaping and hardscaping services, combining expertise in garden maintenance, construction, and specialised equipment operation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from garden design to structural installations, ensuring client satisfaction through professional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Duties
- Carry out landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, fertilising, and lawn care to ensure healthy and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces.
- Execute hardscaping projects such as laying patios, pathways, retaining walls, and other structural features using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Operate mechanical equipment including excavators, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
- Utilise hand tools for planting, trimming, digging, and detailed finishing work.
- Conduct routine maintenance of tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained.
- Assist with construction activities related to garden features or outdoor structures as required.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project specifications and deliver tailored solutions within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations whilst maintaining high standards of quality.
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and horticulture practices.
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating excavators, irrigation systems, and power tools.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as spades, pruners, saws, and trowels.
- Strong understanding of construction principles applicable to hardscaping projects.
- Ability to undertake gardening tasks with precision and care.
- Knowledge of horticultural principles to promote plant health and growth optimisation.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: £14.84-£19.50 per hour
