We’re looking for a dependable Cleaning Technician to help keep Citizen’s offices, sheltered housing, and communal residential areas clean, safe, and welcoming in Coventry.

Position: Cleaning Technician

Salary: £25,893

Location: Torrington Avenue, Coventry, CV4 9AJ

Basis: Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday - Sunday 5 working days over 7- 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll deliver high-quality cleaning services across a range of sites in Coventry, working flexibly and taking pride in maintaining excellent standards. Duties include:

Cleaning communal areas, offices, and specialist housing
Carrying out block inspections and dealing with hazards or spillages
Using a range of cleaning methods and equipment
Removing litter, refuse, and small-scale graffiti
Completing daily and weekly checks, including basic fire safety checks
Reporting repairs, damage, and larger waste issues
Working independently and as part of a team

Qualifications and experience:

You’ll have:

Previous cleaning experience
A good understanding of basic health & safety
A reliable, professional approach
The ability to meet set standards and deadlines
A full driving licence and ability to drive a small company van (manual)
