Located in the heart of Coventry, we’ve redefined the buffet concept by blending global flavours with a unique twist. Our signature World Grill offers sizzling delights like Peri Peri Chicken, Chicken Malai Tikka, Jerk Chicken Wings, and more, served fresh and hot at your table.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will manage reservations, greet customers, and ensure an excellent first impression while supporting the front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage reservations, handle booking inquiries, and ensure an efficient seating arrangement.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist guests with their needs, including guiding them to their tables and addressing any special requests.
Process guest check-ins and ensure that all necessary information is recorded.
Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist the front-of-house team with administrative tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests in a professional manner.
Organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and ensure smooth service.
Proficiency with reservation systems and basic office software.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
