About Wright Justice Solicitors:

We at Wright Justice Solicitors have been providing exceptional professional services to our valuable clients since 2015. Since we have established our business has seen rapid growth, opening 3 branches so far: Birmingham, Leicester and Nottingham respectively. Our solicitors have over 20+ years of experience. We provide services primarily in Immigration, Family, Commercial lease, Charity and Business laws etc.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Receptionist to work with us, a candidate with at least three years of experience in same or similar role. Adequate understanding of Urdu, Punjabi and/or Hindi languages is desirable. You will be supporting primarily with our Principal Solicitor, as well as other departments according to business needs.

Responsibilities:

Client Service: Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Reception Duties: Attend and direct phone calls, manage appointments, and maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
Communication: Liaise with clients, caseworkers, and third parties such as counsel, service providers, and suppliers.
Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing post, manage client payments, prepare and file invoices and expenses, and maintain office supplies.
Assistance to Principal Solicitor: Provide day-to-day support to the Director, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and occasional travel or event arrangements.
Team Support: Offer assistance to caseworkers and other colleagues as needed to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Work Experience Support: Help orient and provide basic guidance to work experience students when required.
Collaboration: Contribute positively to a supportive and professional team environment.

About yourself:

Minimum education requirement of A Level.
Minimum 2 years’ experience of full time paid or unpaid work in same or similar role.
Must be multilingual, with excellent communication skills in English, Urdu / Punjabi / Arabic.
