As Food & Beverage Assistant you will:
· Have solid experience working in busy hotels, restaurants or bars.
· Take pride in your work and always have a genuine smile on your face.
· Be outgoing, communicative and welcoming and enjoy looking after people.
· Make guests feel welcome and ensure they have an amazing experience.
· Be experienced working at bars, serve drinks, mix cocktails and make coffees.
· Serve guests in our restaurant, the bars and during functions and events.
· Set up and clear tables and help ensuring your department is always ready, stocked up and prepared to welcome the next guests.
· Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
· Take payments, adhere to COSHH, Health & Safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards and our policies and procedures.
· Respect your fellow colleagues, collaborate with other departments and be a part of one excellent, hard working and successful team.

This is a full-time position, working 5 days out of 7 including late finishes and working weekends, but can also be a seasonal position if this suits you better.
