Key Tasks / Main Duties

Act as custodian of assigned brand(s), ensuring all elements of the brand strategy align to maximise business results.
Manage all aspects of the product range, working with partners to bring products to market within key milestones and budget.
Support the development of the brand line plan in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Team.
Create and maintain brand preview documents and product line plans.
Identify new opportunities through market and category gap analysis, becoming a true category expert.
Develop A&P plans in collaboration with agencies and the Senior Marketing Team to ensure cost-effective use of promotional budgets.
Brief and manage external agencies.
Oversee and manage TVC edits.
Build strong working relationships with licensors, working closely with the Marketing and Licensing Director; attend licence meetings and identify joint consumer and retail marketing opportunities.
Develop and deliver brand presentations and sales materials at key times of year (toy fairs, spring and autumn previews).
Plan and execute toy fair activity across the brand portfolio.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, continuously building knowledge and expertise within the marketing team.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

A degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or an equivalent qualification.
2–4 years’ experience, ideally within the toy, games, or entertainment industry.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, as we work across multiple countries.
