About Us

Enviro Grounds Maintenance is a growing grounds maintenance and landscaping company providing high-quality services to residential, commercial, and communal clients across Sussex & Surrey.

We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, professional work and are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our friendly and hardworking team.

The Role

As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Leading a small grounds maintenance team on a daily basis
Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
Hedge trimming and pruning
Weed control and garden maintenance
Garden clearances
Soft landscaping
Planting and mulching
Communal area maintenance
Completing work to a high standard
Ensuring equipment and vehicles are kept clean and well maintained
Liaising professionally with customers when required

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience in grounds or garden maintenance
Full UK driving licence
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Good communication skills
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
A positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Desirable:

Experience operating pedestrian and ride-on mowers
Trailer licence
Landscaping experience
