Location: Henfield, West Sussex (with approx 1 day a week in a branch )
Salary: £30,500 – £34,000 per year (Dependent on experience)

We are looking for a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our happy, independent, three-site small animal practice. Based in the beautiful, semi-rural village of Henfield (with branches in Hassocks and Partridge Green), we pride ourselves on being family-owned and independent.
Unlike other practices, our owners and leadership team work right alongside the team. We are approachable, supportive, and dedicated to ensuring every single vet, RVN, ACA, and receptionist feels cared for and appreciated.

- A Real Work-Life Balance: No OOH, no Sundays, and no Bank Holidays. Your earliest shift starts at 8:00 AM, and our late shift finishes at a reasonable 7:00 PM.
The Package & Benefits
- Salary: £30,500 - £34,000 (dependent on experience)
- Hours: 4.5-day working week
- Saturdays: Approx. 1 in 4 (finishing alternately at 12 or 15.30)
