Full job description

Do you love fashion? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with our successful Isabel Hospice Vinted account.

In this role, you’ll use your eye for style to list pre-loved fashion items online and carefully pack them for dispatch to the customer. Attention to detail and prompt posting are essential.

We ask you to commit to at least one regular half-day weekly session.

AM: 9am to 12pm

PM: 1pm to 4pm

We are looking for volunteers to help us on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. We also have availability on Thursday afternoon.

What you’ll be doing:

Under the leadership of a manager, you will be assisting with:

Checking our Vinted account to see which items have sold
Finding the item in our warehouse
Photographing & uploading the item to our Vinted account
Packing the item in suitable packaging
Prepping the item to be sent out
Assisting the team with organising donated items that are suitable for selling on Vinted
Promoting the public’s understanding of the work of Isabel Hospice and the importance of raising funds through Vinted
Promoting and applying the Isabel Hospice Health & Safety Policy

Your Skills and Abilities:

Interest in fashion
Enjoy working in a team environment
Good organisational skills
Interested in fashion and retail

Am I eligible to volunteer?

We ask that our volunteers are:

At least 18 years old
Live within an easy commute to the area
Interested in volunteering for at least 6 months for at least 3 hours per week

All appointments are at the discretion of the management team and are subject to a one-month trial period for both parties.
