Key Requirements

1+ years senior experience in high-volume restaurant management or supervision.
Proven leadership abilities to train, manage, and motivate a high-performing team.
Expert operational knowledge, covering POS systems, scheduling, and labor/cost control.
Exceptional problem-solving skills to make rapid decisions and handle high-pressure situations.

Role Overview

Act as the Restaurant Manager's right-hand to drive operational excellence. You will balance hands-on floor leadership with administrative duties to ensure flawless service, staff development, and top-tier guest satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

Direct floor operations, controlling service flow and table management during peak hours.
Train and mentor staff, taking charge of junior supervisor and waitstaff development.
Manage shift finances, executing cash reconciliation and detailed end-of-shift reporting.
Elevate guest experiences, building relationships with regulars and expertly resolving complaints.
Enforce strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Liaise with the kitchen to guarantee seamless communication and impeccable service execution.

Pay: From £13.50 per hour
