We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to new and existing clients. The Role
The SourceDogg Customer Success team is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead implementations of the SourceDogg Supply Chain Management software plus to manage the ongoing customer relationships.
Our projects involve several streams including supply chain onboarding campaigns, user training, software configuration, custom development, data analysis, dashboard development, supplier data cleansing, ERP mapping, and supplier governance workshops.
Candidates must have strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and client subject matter experts to ensure requirements are translated into specific solutions. The person we are looking for must also have experience in communicating with stakeholders at different levels.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring delivery of projects for customers including working with the Data Team to ensure overall project delivery.
- Manage project schedules, work plans and maintain comprehensive project progress documentation.
- Work with the teams to ensure projects are prioritised, planned, and tasks are assigned to team members based on project plans and daily operational needs.
- Communication and coordination with client representatives as part of engagement quality and delivery requirements and responsibilities. Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and continuously work to understand their industries, key performance drivers, business priorities and trends.
- Support the business by highlighting new opportunities, assisting in preparing proposals and statements of works and actively assessing/presenting ways we can serve and bring value to new and existing clients.
- Complete Customer Reviews to ensure our customers are successful with SourceDogg and identify joint areas for improvement to ensure Customer Success.
- Lead ERP and contract mapping sessions with customers, translating their data structures into SourceDogg configuration.
- Manage supplier cleansing projects end to end, including data analysis, deduplication, and consolidation.
- Configure user setup and access within the platform as part of each customer onboarding.
- Facilitate trigger and governance workshops with customer stakeholders to embed supplier governance processes into day-to-day procurement operations.
- Map customer ERP data structures to SourceDogg data models and document configuration decisions and onboarding outcomes.
- Support spend categorisation and supplier consolidation to help customers achieve spend under contract targets.
- Drive user adoption and change management post-go-live, providing ongoing training and adoption support.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success/Service Delivery Manager.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable developing solution slide decks and presenting them to customers.
- Development of project plans for implementations and maintain related documentation.
- Capable of communicating a technical message to non-technical clients in a clear and concise way.
- Formal qualification in project management or experience in working to different project management methodologies.
- Role will involve working remotely, but the successful candidate will be required to attend workshops or meetings "on-site" with customers.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, supplier mapping, and cleansing activities.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365) sufficient to understand and map customer data structures.
Knowledge of the following would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS business.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence Solutions.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
- Experience with supplier master data governance, including supplier matching, deduplication, and golden record management.
