Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations from food preparation to serving guests
Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures
Manage food production processes, maintaining quality standards for all dishes served
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals and efficient service delivery
Train new staff members on restaurant policies, customer service standards, and safety procedures
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen at all times

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Familiarity with culinary practices, including food production and kitchen operations
Experience in serving guests in a hospitality environment, including barista or beverage service experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is advantageous
