About Us

Innov8 Wholesale Ltd supplies customised cable solutions and electronic connectivity products.

We are looking for a part time Dispatch Assistant to join our small team from 1st September 2026. The role will support our daily order dispatch, customer service and general office duties.

The Role

You will mainly be responsible for preparing and dispatching customer orders. This includes printing orders, picking and packing items, preparing shipping labels and arranging courier collections.

You will also help receive and organise incoming stock, update stock records, and keep the stockroom and dispatch area clean and tidy.

As part of a small team, you may also assist with general office duties, answer customer telephone calls, help process orders, update online product listings, and take simple product photos or short videos.

This is a light duty role with no regular heavy lifting.

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and organised, with good attention to detail.

You should be comfortable using a computer, friendly and confident when speaking with customers, and able to work independently when required.

Previous experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Job Details

Job type: Part-time, permanent
Working days: Monday to Thursday
Working hours: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
Lunch break: 30 minutes unpaid each day
Paid hours: 18 hours per week
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Location: Thurston, in person
