Customer Service Advisor – Vehicle Repair Centre

We are looking for a professional and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our busy vehicle repair centre. This is a fast-paced role involving customer interaction, insurance-related administration, and coordination of vehicle repairs from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Managing customer enquiries by phone and face to face
Updating customers throughout the repair process
Recording accurate notes and updates on the Bodyshop Management System
Liaising with insurance companies regarding repair progress and approvals
Scheduling vehicle collections and deliveries with customers and company drivers
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
Working efficiently within a busy accident repair environment
Remaining professional, courteous, and organised under pressure

Requirements

Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
Experience within a vehicle repair centre, bodyshop, or automotive environment would be advantageous
Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a team
Professional manner with a positive attitude
