Your mission

Deliver sales, margin, profitability, and growth targets across assigned strategic accounts.
Manage the end to end commercial cycle, including sell-in, re-orders, in-season trading, forecasting, and order book management.
Analyse sell through, inventory, consumer trends, and market performance to identify commercial opportunities and optimise assortments.
Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) execution through assortment planning, line reviews, sell in presentations, and distribution planning.
Develop account specific commercial plans aligned to brand strategy, distribution principles, and business objectives.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure strong execution and operational excellence.
Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Ensure compliance with pricing, distribution, forecasting, and internal governance standards while representing customer needs across the business

Your talent

3–5+ years experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles within sporting goods, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG.
Proven success managing major retail or digital accounts with responsibility for sell in, sell through, forecasting, and in-season trading.
Strong understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, assortment planning, and distribution strategies.
Commercially driven with experience delivering revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and market data to drive business decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience working across cross functional teams.
Strong forecasting, demand planning, organisational, and order management capabilities, with a focus on accuracy and operational excellence.
