Production Operatives – Permanent
!!PLEASE NOTE - YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH SHIFTS ON A WEEKLY ROTATION!!
Due to continuing expansion, we are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our team to produce high quality custom branded clothing for our ever growing customer base, including brands such as Google, Microsoft and Selfridges. The right candidate will be a great ambassador for our brand.
Location: Trafford Park - with free on-site parking available.
Shifts:
2 shift rotation. You must be available to work both shifts on a weekly rotation.
Week 1: Monday to Friday 5.55am-2.00pm.
Week 2: Monday to Friday 1.55pm-10.00pm.
All with a 30 minute unpaid break.
Overtime when available after 37.9 hours, starting at a rate of time and a half.

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for customising garments using various different methods.
- Start-up and shut down of equipment.
- Daily maintenance of machinery.
- Work as part of a team to complete orders.
- Work with computers to process artwork.
- Ensure working areas are kept clean and clear.
- Quality checking of the work you have produced.
- Meeting production targets and metrics.

Experience required:
- No experience necessary, but previous experience in a manufacturing or production role would be desirable.
- Full training will be provided to become a competent production operative.
