Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Qualified Hairdressers and Beauticians to join our vibrant team! In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional hair and beauty services, creating stunning looks and memorable experiences for our clients. Your expertise will help elevate our salon’s reputation for excellence, innovation, and personalized care. Responsibilities

Provide expert hairdressing services including cutting, styling, coloring, and barbering to meet clients’ individual preferences.
Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skincare enhancements with precision and care.
Assist clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.
Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, adhering to health regulations at all times.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a hairdresser or beautician with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills.
Certification or licensing in hairdressing, barbering, or beauty therapy as required by local regulations.
Proficiency in advanced beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application.
Demonstrated ability in store management or overseeing salon operations is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Experience mentoring or training team members to foster professional growth within the salon environment.
Strong sales skills with an aptitude for upselling products and services confidently without being pushy.
