Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant, where your attention to detail and dedication will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will ensure each guest experiences a memorable stay marked by cleanliness and comfort. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while contributing to a vibrant team environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
Ensure all public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms are spotless and well-maintained
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors
Maintain accurate logs of rooms cleaned and report any discrepancies or damages observed during your shift

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience or janitorial experience is highly preferred
Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service excellence
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
Reliable with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
