### Duties:
Kitchen Duties will include the following:-
1. Following recipes to make Cheesecakes, Puddings and home bakes
2. Portioning and cutting biscuits and puddings
3. Good eye to detail for decorating and finishing products to a high standard
4. Operation of the oven(s)
5. Packaging of products
6. Compiling customer orders
7. Filling in relevant HACCP documentation
8. General cleaning duties
9. Any other kitchen assistant duties required
10. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
### Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment required
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and utensils
