We are looking for an Analytics Consultant who can bridge the gap between business objectives and data-driven solutions. You won't simply analyze numbers; you'll partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify challenges, build insightful reporting solutions, and deliver recommendations that influence critical business decisions.

You'll work alongside business leaders, analysts, and technical teams, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that improve performance across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Business Consulting: Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights that support business growth.

Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using modern Business Intelligence platforms.

Performance Measurement: Develop KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks that help organizations monitor business performance effectively.

Stakeholder Communication: Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences with confidence and clarity.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize reporting processes, improve data quality, and enhance analytical capabilities across the business.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Business Consulting, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with Python or R is considered an advantage.

Analytical Thinking: You enjoy solving complex business problems, interpreting data, and transforming information into practical recommendations.

Communication Skills: You can explain technical concepts in simple business language and confidently present findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Business Mindset: You understand that successful analytics is about delivering business outcomes, not just creating reports. You're proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve decision-making through data.

Pay: £53,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
