About Us
Therapies on Thames is a growing, patient-focused provider delivering high-quality physiotherapy and occupational therapy services across care homes and the local community. We specialise in supporting older adults to maintain independence, improve function, and enhance quality of life.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team in Gloucestershire.

The Role

You will work across a range of settings including care homes and community environments, delivering person-centred assessments and interventions tailored to each individual’s needs.

This is a varied and rewarding role with opportunities to make a real impact on patients’ independence, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Assess functional ability, mobility, and independence
Provide equipment recommendations and environmental adaptations
Support pressure care, positioning, and risk management
Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, care staff, and families
Develop and implement personalised treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £40.00-£45.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
