Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Charity Fundraiser to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in engaging the community, building relationships, and securing vital funds to support our charitable initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in making a meaningful impact through strategic outreach and relationship management. The role is paid and ideal for those with a keen interest in social causes, marketing, and public relations.

Duties

Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet organisational goals
Engage with the community through events, campaigns, and direct outreach programmes
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
Organise and participate in public relations activities to raise awareness of the charity’s work
Provide excellent customer service to donors, ensuring positive experiences and ongoing engagement
Coordinate with team members to plan events, campaigns, and outreach activities that maximise fundraising potential
Analyse fundraising data to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement

Skills

Proven experience in marketing, relationship management, or fundraising roles
Strong understanding of fundraising techniques and strategies
Excellent communication skills, suitable for engaging diverse audiences
Ability to build rapport quickly
Customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
