ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Barista at Mettricks, you take on a leadership role in the coffee shop, leveraging your extensive experience to guide and inspire the barista team. Reporting directly to the Head Barista, this position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in delivering exceptional coffee and customer experiences. As a Barista, you contribute to elevating the coffee program, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

- Mentor and guide junior baristas, facilitating their professional growth and contributing to the overall skill development of the team.
Innovation and Creativity:
- Contribute to menu development, explore new coffee offerings, and bring creative ideas to enhance the overall coffee program.
