Beals Mortgage & Financial Services is a well-established and expanding financial services firm based in Whiteley, Fareham. As an Appointed Representative of Quilter Financial Planning, we provide high-quality, holistic financial advice to clients across pensions, investments, protection, and mortgages.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Paraplanner to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role
Working closely with our Financial Advisers, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of comprehensive financial planning advice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing suitability reports across pensions, investments and protection.
- Conducting technical research using industry platforms and provider systems.
- Analysing existing client arrangements and making recommendations.
- Cash flow modelling (where appropriate).
- Preparing annual review documentation.
- Liaising with advisers, providers and administration staff.
- Ensuring all documentation meets FCA and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems.
- Supporting advisers throughout the advice process.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning firm.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning products.
- Experience producing suitability reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or working towards it.
- Experience using Intelligent Office (IO), Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics or similar systems.
- Cash flow modelling experience.
- Knowledge of Quilter products and processes.
