Full job description

We are seeking a motivated & proactive Warehouse Administrator Assistant to join our team and help keep our operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage & maintain office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers.

Assist in preparing & maintaining various documents, reports, and spreadsheets including delivery notes, using company portals and using company id codes.

Going outside & in our warehouse checking loads in and out is a must.

To support our customers effectively you will:

. Responsible for handling & resolving delivery queries from customer services (internal & external) within defined time scales.

. Be able to prioritise a demanding workload within a fast-paced environment.

Full time working flexible hours preferred 08.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to multitask & prioritize tasks effectively.

Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude.

Familiarity with the warehouse & transport industry is advantages but not essential.
