WE ARE HIRING – Construction Health & Safety Administrator

Location: Suffolk Office
Company: Land Wide UK Ltd

Land Wide UK is looking for an experienced and highly organised Construction Health & Safety Administrator to join our growing team based in Norfolk.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced construction and renewable energy environment, supporting major projects across the UK including Solar PV and Wind Farm developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing health & safety documentation and compliance records
Maintaining contractor accreditations and certifications
Supporting site teams with RAMS, CPPs, and H&S files
Monitoring training records and renewals
Assisting with audits, inspections, and compliance reporting
Liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
Ensuring all projects meet current HSE legislation and industry standards

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience in construction health & safety administration
Strong understanding of construction compliance procedures
Experience working within renewable energy projects, particularly Solar PV and Wind Farms
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital document systems
Must hold or have knowledge of relevant industry accreditations and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

NEBOSH / IOSH certification
CSCS knowledge
Experience with ISO management systems
Knowledge of renewable energy construction processes

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting multiple live projects within a growing renewable energy business.
